Happy Fall ya’ll! It’s here, the weather has been absolutely perfect, and I’ve already enjoyed several non-fat no whip pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks! 200 calories for a tall, by the way! If you don’t want to have that many calories, I highly recommend the Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte. 100 calories and also fall-inspired with the cinnamon. It’s a new fav for me! Speaking of drinks, I love smoothies, (in case you haven’t noticed) so I was good and ready to start throwing some pumpkin in mine. Smoothies are even more perfect in my life right now because my toddler loves them too. It’s been a great way to sneak in those fruits and veggies. He even loves the ones full of spinach! My Vanilla Pumpkin Protein Smoothie is quick to throw together and perfect when you are wanting something sweet. Hope you enjoy!
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¾ to 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 to 1½ cups ice
- Sprinkle of cinnamon or cinnamon sugar
- Add all to blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar.
